As the business turns to IT to enhance operational efficiency across the enterprise network—spanning the campus, data center, and branch—no organization can afford for its network to serve as the weak link. This IP Networking Comparison Guide examines four key aspects of the comprehensive enterprise network and looks at key factors within each area. This document will give you a clear perspective on how the various options stack up on the most important features and capabilities necessary to empower innovation.
To understand how virtualization can help you move seamlessly to a private cloud, watch the Webinar. Understand the challenges Tribune Broadcasting had to solve to achieve, a smooth transition to high-performance, scalable private cloud.
To gain transformational benefit from a private and/or hybrid cloud deployment, I&O leaders should look beyond provisioning compute and storage to address the networking domain; those that don't will sacrifice business agility.
Business and IT leaders are looking to virtualization and cloud computing to deliver unprecedented agility for supporting a wide range of objectives, including cost management, increased mobility, higher application availability, and greater responsiveness to customer-related opportunities.
This new report from TechTarget identifies three specific challenges to overcome:
Deploying an integrated suite of security services
Closing the gap between intelligence and enforcement
Centralizing visibility and management
Juniper’s integrated security solutions are known for successfully protecting some of the world’s most demanding mission-critical environments, based on four core criteria from TechTarget:
Breadth of capabilities in one solution
Mission-critical performance and reliability
Threat intelligence: open source and expertise
According to TechTarget, partnering with the right vendor to modernize your network can benefit business in three ways:
Simplify the network to make management more efficient
Secure the network for total visibility and control
Adopt an open framework for agility and scalability
In this paper from TechTarget you will examine:
The six key considerations for building security into your architecture
The value of an integrated and automated security strategy
How the Juniper Unite architecture enables it all
In our 40-criteria evaluation of data center hardware platforms for software-defined networking (SDN), we identified the nine most significant players — Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, Arista Networks, Extreme Networks (which recently acquired Brocade Communications System’s data center networking business), Cisco Systems, Cumulus Networks, Dell, Huawei, Juniper Networks, and Pluribus Networks — and researched, analyzed, and scored them. This report shows how each provider measures up and helps infrastructure and operations professionals (I&O) make the right choice.
Find out how network virtualization can help you move seamlessly to a private cloud in this Webinar. You will hear about the challenges the Tribune Broadcasting had to solve in order to achieve a smooth transition to high-performance, scalable private cloud.
Enterprises today have no choice but to be part of the digital economy. Whether you are just starting the digital transformation journey or are already running a digital native environment, it is crucial for you to keep moving forward.
In reality, many applications are far from cloud ready, and some never will be. But almost every new application will be cloud enabled. So how do you evolve your data center into a private cloud and drive hybrid IT by connecting to public clouds, yet still cater for the needs of your legacy software? To try and understand the path to the cloud in greater detail, we’ve created this Infobrief from an extended interview conducted by the team at DatacenterDynamics with Juniper Networks’ Andy Ingram, the Global Vice President for Data Center and Cloud.
At Juniper, we believe in building coherent networks to help simplify both the physical topology as well as the operations of the network itself. Once having done that, we can then secure it. And, by moving to micro parameters, we can do a much better job of protecting the applications. Then finally, automation, particularly as we get into micro parameters, micro segments and the need for agility, is where SDN really pays off.
How do you connect to public clouds and drive hybrid IT while prioritizing legacy needs? This detailed eBook on cloud integration provides our most in-depth report.
• Build a secure, agile, modern network
• Integrate cloud without leaving legacy software behind
• What are the common barriers to adopting cloud solutions—and how do we solve them?

As the number and variety of threats mushroom, an Ovum survey has found that security teams have become physically unable to respond in an appropriate way to the ones that actually matter, with 42.3% of respondents in ASEAN countries saying they deal with more than 50 alerts each day. Shockingly, for 7% of organizations, that figure rises to between 100 and 1,000 threats a day.
The Solution? Ovum believes that security decision-makers should invest in centralized management capabilities, enabling them to control the disparate security tools in their infrastructure, and address the challenge of prioritizing the volumes of daily alerts they receive.
