Curves® and Jenny Craig® operate 7,000 Curves clubs and franchises globally and 400 Jenny Craig locations supported by IT service desks in California, Texas, and Australia. The two organizations combined to form Curves Jenny Craig in November 2013. Outdated systems, known internally as “the black hole,” plagued Jenny Craig with inefficient processes and created a lack of accountability. For example, records could not be categorized or prioritized properly, tracked by date or owner, and they could be intentionally hidden in an ambiguous status. Without visibility, Jenny Craig had no way to quantify the impact of their customer service. Mary Carter, manager of IT service, summed it up, “We had no reporting prior Cherwell Service Management.” Curves was in even worse shape as they logged tickets in an Excel® spreadsheet.

NSS Labs performed an independent test of the Cisco AMP for Endpoints v6.0.5. The product was subjected to
thorough testing at the NSS facility in Austin, Texas, based on the Advanced Endpoint Protection (AEP) Test
Methodology v2.0, which is available at www.nsslabs.com. This test was conducted free of charge and NSS did not
receive any compensation in return for Cisco’s inclusion.
This report provides detailed information about this product and its security effectiveness. Additional comparative
information is available at www.nsslabs.com.
As part of the initial AEP test setup, products were configured in a deployment mode typical to enterprises. As
such, products were configured to mimic an enterprise environment by applying typical applications such as
exclusion policies and tuning requirements. All product-based configurations are reviewed, validated, and
approved by NSS prior to the test. Every effort is made to ensure optimal security effectiveness, as would be the

This second edition of the DI Expert eBook provides a collection of articles written by staff analysts from Drillinginfo, the premier provider of data and insights for oil and gas exploration decisions. These articles focus on the Eagle Ford Shale play in south central Texas. The Eagle Ford Shale boom began in 2008 and has transformed the lives of mineral rights owners, communities and E&P operators throughout Texas and the United States. The Eagle Ford Shale is a cretaceous formation with a favorable brittleness index, which makes the formation ideal for hydraulic fracturing and economical unconventional production.
The Permian basin, a long time oil and gas producing region nestled in west Texas and southeastern New Mexico was once believe to have reached “Peak Oil” extraction levels. A significantly larger play than the booming Eagle Ford Shale, the Permian Basin has reemerged as a production pillar for the US, thanks to advancements in horizontal drilling and hydraulic fracturing. Although still in early stages of new production, the Permian has already transformed the local economies surrounding the play, adding to the energy security of the U.S. In this issue of the DI Expert eBook, by Drillinginfo, the premier provider of data and insights for oil and gas exploration decisions, our expert analysts have delved into the complexities of the geology in the Permian, highlighted the successes of operators in the region and provided in-depth analyses on the play’s re-emergence.
For this edition of the DI expert series, we’ve prepared some remarkable technical insights regarding the geology of the top plays and emerging formations in the U.S. From comparing the efficiency of Wolfcamp production intervals with the Cline Shale in West Texas, to providing spatial distribution analyses and production trends for the Canyon Granite Wash in the Anadarko, our experts evaluated the complexities of prolific oil and gas regions and outlined essential takeaways. We also examined the sweet spots of the Mississippi Lime play, and offer insights regarding optimal target of penetration for this highly porous, commercially developed region. Lastly, we explored the geology of the world-renowned Eagle Ford Shale Play in the Gulf Coast Basin and provided observations regarding the influence of stress on this prominent play.

With its skilled nursing facilities located in remote areas of a state known for its unpredictable and sometimes violent weather, Texas-based Creative Solutions in Healthcare (CSNH) was suffering more than its share of network interruptions. According to CIO & CISO Shawn Wiora, the company was losing network connectivity multiple times each week. This downtime not only disrupted business continuity, but was bad for morale among both the company’s IT workers and its care-delivery staff. Creative Solutions in Healthcare wanted a network connectivity solution capable of delivering highly secure, uninterrupted, and centrally managed service.
