In the world of security, unknown threats exist
outside the enterprise in the form of malicious

enterprise in the form of insider threat from
rogue employees or careless contractors –

In our latest survey report, we explore the growth challenges facing businesses and HR leaders in a rapidly changing landscape.
We surveyed over 500 HR leaders in leading organisations to explore their views on these challenges, and to find out how they are supporting people and leveraging people data to help them achieve their growth goals.
The survey revealed that:
• It’s the war for talent, again. The greatest challenges for growing companies are winning the war for talent, growing productivity and improving workforce visibility.
• Fast-growth companies share common traits in the way they manage and engage their people—we call this being a People Company.
• There’s a disconnect between managers and employees in terms of what being a People Company means.
• Becoming a People Company is a journey, with many organisations some way from embracing all aspects.
• People Science is a thing: there’s an appetite to leverage people data and analytics, but there are blockers in the way.

While the legal requirements to provide employees with paid or unpaid leave for family and medical issues become more complex, the leave-management tools and services available to employers continue to expand.
Employers with the budget to do so are outsourcing—often to a single vendor—leave-management tasks for the federal Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and state and local leave ordinances, according to recently released findings from a survey of 1,203 employers conducted in 2017. Employers with the resources to manage leave internally are increasingly using technology to assist them.

Communications service providers (CSPs) have long recognized the potential of data analytics. Yet their early efforts to pull actionable intelligence from the oceans of data they have access to were largely unsuccessful. Many tried a 'big bang' approach to building a central repository without knowing what they wanted to do with the data in it. The arrival of artificial intelligence (AI) – its machine learning subset in particular – has changed their thinking and approach.
For this Quick Insights report, we surveyed 64 professionals from CSPs around the world who are applying, leveraging and/ or planning to deploy advanced analytics in some capacity at various points across the customer lifecycle.
A recent survey of CIOs found that over 75% want to develop an overall information strategy in the next three years, yet over 85% are not close to implementing an enterprise-wide content management strategy. Meanwhile, data runs rampant, slows systems, and impacts performance. Hard-copy documents multiply, become damaged, or simply disappear.

OUR ORGANIZATION IS A PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY AND EXTREMELY SOUND IN SOLAR PV APPOINTMENT SETTING/SURVEY,EVERY INFORMATION GETS CAPTURED VERY CAREFULLY SO THAT THOSE ARE QUALIFY-PRO AND REAL TIME CONVERTIBLE.
There’s strong evidence organizations are challenged by the opportunities presented by external information sources such as social media, government trend data, and sensor data from the Internet of Things (IoT). No longer content to use internal databases alone, they see big data resources augmented with external information resources as what they need in order to bring about meaningful change. According to a September 2015 global survey of 251 respondents conducted by Harvard Business Review Analytic Services, 78 percent of organizations agree or strongly agree that within two years the use of externally generated big data will be “transformational.” But there’s work to be done, since only 21 percent of respondents strongly agree that external data has already had a transformational effect on their firms.

For companies and buyers alike, customer service has traditionally been used as a troubleshooting tool. Forrester found that companies believe that nearly 50% of all buyers still view customer service as a post-purchase resource, rather than a purchasing aid, and in response, companies have positioned their customer service capabilities to match that expectation. However, Forrester conducted a custom survey of 247 companies and found that this reactive, postpurchase-only customer service mindset can result in missed sales opportunities and contributes to greater purchase dissatisfaction.
