System administrators and other IT practitioners spend as much as 50% of their time on routine, repetitive tasks. Does the following apply to your organization?
• You go from one server to the next, installing the same package on all of them. It works nine times out of 10, but the tenth time causes a failure ... and you can't identify what went wrong.
• You can't scale. When the business wants to move to the cloud, or asks for faster provisioning of development and test environments, you only have so many hours in the day — and you can't meet everyone's needs.
• You don't have time to get to the work that matters. You spend too much time on routine system management, and can't prepare for the projects that will bring real business value to your team — and customers.
With growing demands from all corners of your organization, you simply can't keep doing it all manually. Download this paper to learn how you can benefit from automation, and how IT infrastructure can become a strategic ass

Today’s health system C-suite executives are realizing they have the ability and the responsibility to contribute to physician alignment efforts. That means just making phone calls and visiting physicians to promote your services is not enough. To achieve both physician alignment and optimize patient care, you must have a view into physician activity and referrals. Understanding physician behavior provides the basis for more meaningful dialogue with physicians.

Health systems must capitalize on every patient and consumer interaction—from fielding the first inquiry to actively supporting proactive health, ongoing care, and recovery—to achieve a “trusted provider” status in the eyes of consumers and patients. Yet, the majority of call centers today do not deliver the robust, personalized support capabilities today’s patients and consumers expect, and the current healthcare marketing environment demands.

In some cases, adopting cloud IoT platform may make more sense where required processes, communication costs and cloud costs meet sufficient total cost of ownership against deploying MDC. Additionally, in situations that an end-user organization already has a secure room or a modular data center solution where infrastructure can be housed and/or the amount of infrastructure involved may be too small to benefit from power/cooling advantages of being housed in an MDC, the organization may not see a need for an MDC. An MDC is nothing more than a smaller form of a modular data center, and a number of providers have entered the modular data center solutions space in the past. These modular data center solution providers came into the market with high expectations for growth and ROI only to find that high sales were not forthcoming due to limited use cases, so many exited the space.

APIs are a critical component of digital business—empowering developers to build apps across any channel and enabling partners to incorporate your data or services into their offerings. By making it easier for other organizations to access your services, you create value and growth opportunities.
This rapidly evolving digital world is also redefining the relationship between your business and your customers, who now expect a convenient, interactive experience from their preferred brands. Security is also a concern. Risk is rising, as both the enterprise and its customers exchange a growing amount of sensitive data.
In a fast-changing app economy, agility and alignment are king. Without these attributes, it’s difficult to address top priorities around growth, customers and workforce. Organizations need to know that they’re developing and delivering the solutions that customers want when they want them. That means aligning the right resources to best-bet projects in order to roll out new offerings on time and within budget—and ultimately deliver value to the business.
In today’s rapidly changing economy, business leaders are
constantly thinking about how to attract, engage, manage,
develop and retain their talent. The brisk rate of technology
transformation, the increase in demand for unique skills and
the expansion of regulatory requirements all create challenges
as well as opportunities around attracting and developing a
diverse workforce. Quickly and effectively responding to the
business needs of your employees by optimizing processes
and technologies—while mitigating risk—enables you to drive
growth, productivity and profitability.
