Enterprise Workload Management gets the right work to the right person at the right time, eliminating the outdated manual distribution of work model.
Enterprise Workload Management finally gives organizations the ability to correlate the work that customer service interactions create in the front office -- with the best resource within the organization required to complete that work in the back office.
Enterprise Workload Management ensures that the highest priority work is being handled by the right resource, and gives managers real-time visibility into when the work will be completed, as well as reports that show the outcomes of the work. Customers get notified when an order or application is processed instead of waiting to hear or having to repeated call back. Employees get specific coaching and training plans based on the results of their work.

The old rules no longer apply. Digital technologies have radically transformed the business landscape, yet many organizations have completely ignored this reality. A new survey of IT decision makers found 96% see digital transformation as important or critical, yet 55% say they have one year or less to respond before they financially suffer. By failing to prepare for new technologies, devices and systems, organizations have threatened their own survival.
Marketing organizations are often limited in their ability to progress marketing tactics from single channel to cross-channel and real-time customer engagement. While marketing organizations might have a robust customer engagement strategy in place, often times there is a gap between their strategy and their ability to execute, with the right personalization and context that customers prefer. Over 62 percent of customers are always-on and readily addressable, but marketers aren’t implementing the right strategies to reach them.
This eBook discusses data-driven marketing tactics that can help marketers mind the gap – bridging customer strategy and ability to execute, with the right personalization and context that customers prefer.
Mobile, relationship intelligence, and sales coaching are necessities for today’s sales organization and are pervasive capabilities for every sales automation solution category. No vendor solely offers these capabilities without complementing them with other functions.
Instead, they are embedded across the categories mentioned above. For example, sales content management providers cannot compete without extensive mobile expertise; market intelligence and customer success do not work without relationship intelligence; and sales coaching is not constrained only to the sales performance management vendors.
Good supply chain management is essential to your operational efficiency, customer centricity, compliance, carbon footprint, and ultimately, your overall success. If handled correctly, your supply chain should improve customer service—along with the reputation of your brand—and boost your bottom line. But, as with many areas of business, the rules of the game are changing.
What’s changing? Well, everything. New regulations, increased buyer expectations, shorter product lifecycles, fluctuations in demand, new market entrants, more ethical supplier management, poor visibility of globalized supply chains—all these things, and more, are testing the limits of the traditional supply chain model. The simple truth is that the way things used to be done, and the solutions that enabled it, are no longer up to the job.

Multi-tenancy is a key feature of Workday and enables multiple customers to share one physical instance of the Workday system in a highly secure environment. Multi-tenancy is enabled through the Workday Object Management Server (OMS). Workday OMS allows servers to host multiple customer tenants simultaneously and builds “security walls” between each of the tenants. Thanks to Workday OMS, there is no way for any worker in one tenant to access the information of another tenant.
Workday delivers its software using a continuous development model. Builds are rolled out weekly that contain new features, bug fixes, or performance improvements. Twice a year, Workday takes all the features put into preview and releases them to production for all customers. Workday customers are never landlocked on an old release, and all customers can utilize new features for the products they purchased as soon as they are live.

Digital technology is creating change at a pace never seen before. Customers now expect speed, ease, choice and a personalised service. It makes customer experience key to success. And it sets merchants a challenge. To survive, and thrive, businesses need to stay agile in everything they do –including how they manage fraud. As the people who set the strategy that determines if an order is
accepted or not, fraud teams have a pivotal role to play in improving customer experience and reducing risk. This makes fraud management more than a back-office utility. It’s a way to differentiate your business and achieve a competitive advantage.
This is the question we put to three specialists from CyberSource – as well as Chris Monk from digital literacy agency Decoded. This report reflects their expert opinion, and explores:
• The changing landscape for businesses.
• The key challenges for fraud teams.
• How to develop an agile fraud solution
The digital economy is dramatically changing how your customers buy products and services, and how they interact with your business. As customers increasingly use multiple devices (including
Smartphones) to make their purchases, they expect fast, consistent and highly secure experiences – and you need to deliver. At the same time, you should remain vigilant about fraud. Effective fraud management is critical, not only for reducing risk, but also for accepting more good customer orders, improving customer engagement, controlling costs and achieving competitive advantage.
Cisco commissioned Forrester Consulting to conduct a Total Economic Impact™ (TEI) study and examine the potential return on investment (ROI) enterprises may realize by deploying Cisco TrustSec software-defined segmentation. The purpose of this study is to provide readers with a framework to evaluate the potential financial impact of Cisco on their organizations.
To better understand the benefits, costs, and risks associated with TrustSec, Forrester interviewed four customers that had deployed TrustSec. The TrustSec software-defined segmentation solution simplifies the provisioning and management of highly secure access to network services and applications. Unlike access control mechanisms that work on network topology, TrustSec policies use logical grouping. Highly secure access is consistently maintained even as resources are moved in mobile and virtualized networks. A more detailed description of TrustSec is available on the Cisco TrustSec Overview page in this document.
