Mercy Health System (Portland, Maine, U.S.A.) is a not-for-profit community healthcare organization, recently acquired by the Eastern Maine Healthcare System (EMHS). It serves residents of southern Maine through two hospitals, primary care practices, four express care practices and 15 specialty locations. Like many health systems, Mercy is moving towards more value-based care models. "Mercy started out as what I call a traditional community hospital,” said Mercy President and Chief Executive Officer Eileen Skinner. “Over the last ten years, we’ve added a lot of elements for the whole continuum of care."

Download The Mercy Health System Case Study which will cover:

  • How utilized their core EHR to develop 24 clinical ACO metric reports in 3 months
  • How Mercy attained PCMH level 2 certification in 8 sites
  • Mercy’s keys to success
  • How Mercy is prepared for value-based care.
